The particularly taxing processing conditions, to which the mechanical seals for pumps in the mining sector undergo, have convinced Jiashan Huada to plan appropriate sealing systems able to guarantee the maximum return with a greater resistance.
In the mining context in fact, all the processing components of the systems and therefore also the pumps undergo high stress that thus require a further degree of reliability until they can carry out their function in maximum safety and productivity. For this reason the sealing systems (rings) specially planned for the mining sector are produced with quality materials of which the silicon carbide is enhanced with the diamond-cut coating. In this way the mechanical seals produced can guarantee maximum resistance to wear and tear even in extreme use conditions, thus increasing the productive life, increasing the continuity of safety in the productive phase and guaranteeing the perfect functionality of the pump.
